Faculty Requirements

  1. Spiritual maturity and a member in good standing of an evangelical Christian church;
  2. Master’s Degree, with preference for a terminal degree;
  3. Commitment to classical Christian higher education;
  4. Excellent communication and people skills.

Non-Faculty Employment Requirements

  • Spiritual maturity and a member in good standing of an evangelical Christian church;
  • Appropriate education, training, and/or demonstrated competencies;
